7/10/2023 EnchantaVaughn Approved Upon arrival to the summer program, the client appeared to be in a content state as evidenced by greeting QMHP-C with moderate emotions. During morning socialization activities, the client used respectful words and keep his hands/feet when interacting with his peers while riding on the van. During midday socialization activities, the client remained focused and sat quietly in his seat while watching a movie at the theater. During afternoon socialization activities, the client followed directions given while eating lunch with his peers. QMHP-C greeted the client upon arrival to the summer program. During morning socialization activities, QMHP-C provided the client with verbal praise and encouraged him to continue using respectful words and keeping his hands/feet when interacting with his peers. During midday socialization activities, QMHP-C provided the client with positive reinforcement and encouraged him to continue remaining focused and sitting quietly in his seat. During afternoon socialization activities, QMHP-C provided the client with verbal praise. QMHP-C encouraged the client to continue following directions given. The client responded well towards the summer program as evidenced by participation and engagement.
